PhD students registration fee: 400 € (*)

The delegate fee includes:
- Lunches
- Tea/coffee breaks throughout the congress
- Welcome Reception
- Gala Evening
- Handout materials and information package
- EURAM Membership fee of 100 € for the calendar year 2008 (i.e commencing 1 January 2008). Payment of this fee is required for attendance at the EURAM Congress.
(*) The fee for the Doctoral Colloquium is 100 €. You must register for the conference and pay the fee to be included in the Doctoral Colloquium (and have an accepted paper). To register for the Doctoral Colloquium, please use the general 2007 EURAM conference management tool. Please also note that students having registered for the Doctoral Colloquium can register for the 2007 EURAM conference for 300 €. Hence, the registration fee for both events is 400 €. You sign up for both events in "one go" at the one and only registration web page. If you do not register for the 2007 Doctoral Colloquium, the fee for attending the 2007 EURAM conference is 400 €.
!!!To qualify for the PhD rate, you MUST send written proof to Audrey O'Connor when registering.
(e.g. A letter signed by your PhD supervisor)!!!
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made by April 1: Reimbursement of 75% of conference fee
Cancellations made by May 1 : Reimbursement of 50% of conference fee
Cancellations made after May 1: NO reimbursement
Onsite Registrations:
It will be possible to register at the conference itself (€750) using cash/bank transfer.
An invoice will be sent to you by email as soon as your details have been introduced into the conference system.
A receipt will be sent to you by email on receipt of payment.
